There will be souvenirs, new LEGO® sets, and other merchandise available for purchase at Brick Fest Live. All major credit/debit cards and electronic payment methods will be accepted. Cash will NOT be accepted by Brick Fest Live. Some third-party vendors may be accepting cash on-site. 

Please arrive 30-45 minutes before your entry time. We will begin to check your party in as you arrive. 

For Saturday 9:00 entry, please be prepared to wait in line. We will open the doors at 9:00.

For Sunday 10:00 entry, please be prepared to wait in line. We will open the doors at 10:00.

For all other entry times, please arrive 30-45 minutes before your entry time. We will begin to check your party in as you arrive.

When you arrive, please have your UNIVERSE App opened and ready to be scanned OR have your printed tickets in-hand at check-in. Download the UNIVERSE Ticketing App app here:

Brick Fest Live echoes the recommendation of the CDC that people should wear a mask in public indoor settings where the virus is particularly active (substantial or high transmission).

This is the premier event for LEGO fans in the U.S.A. There WILL be queues to see some of the walk-through exhibits and to meet special guests, including contestants from the LEGO Masters TV Show in person.

The SAFE Credit Union Convention Center will have concessions open during show hours. Typical convention food will be served.

There will be loud music & entertainment on the main stage. If for any reason the volume is too loud for you or your party, there will be earplugs available at the information desk. 

If you need to leave and return later, you will be stamped on the way out.

All LEGO merchandise added at the time of your ticket purchase will be mailed to you. These ticket ADD-ONS will not be available for pickup on-site. If you have not received your ADD-ON purchases or tracking information, please email info@brickfestlive.com
