What can I expect at Brick Fest Live?
Our goal is to inspire, educate, and entertain, families and children through interactive exhibits and attraction geared for kids ages 6-12 and their friends, families, and guardians..
Children are the main participants, but the event is for all BRICK lovers. Guests can expect to see life-size models, a chance to participate in building a Guinness World Record Setting Mosaic, expressing your creativity at the hands-on build zones, participating in our unique building competitions, and shopping for hard-to-find and event exclusive merchandise.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor venue?
Yes, Brick Fest Live is an indoor events.
How long does the experience last?
You can plan to spend 1.5 to 2 hours inside Brick Fest Live, and you are free to stay as long as you please!
Will there be Strobe or UV lights?
Yes, the Glow Zone building area uses UV lights which are used to enahnce this unique building experience
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
On-site concessions food options are provided by the venue. For specific dietary questions or accommodations, please contact the venue directly.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, merchandise will be available for purchase on-site at the Brick Fest Shop once you enter the event, including some Hard-to-Find and exclusive event merchandise!
Will cash be accepted at Brick Fest Live
Brick Fest Live is a cashless event. All major credit/debit cards will be accepted.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Advance purchase is strongly encouraged as the most popular days and times frequently sell out. Walk-up tickets are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Additional fees may be charged at the entrance. Ticket prices are determined by demand and may change both online and at the entrance. All tickets are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Children ages 2 and under are free to enter the event without a ticket. All other attendees 3+ will be required to purchase a ticket, including parents, guardians, etc.
Do you offer group discounts?

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can show your tickets directly from your phone.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
Please contact [email protected] with the name and email address on your order, as well as the event city for which you made the purchase and we will assist you with locating your order.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
You are able to forward your order to another person to use. The name on the order does not need to match the guest using the order.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade my ticket?
Yes, as long as the date or entry time you are looking to reschedule for are not sold out. Please email [email protected] and we will acomodate your needs.
ACCESS
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at your designated entry time.
However, we know that "life happens", especially with kids, so if you are running late OR need to arrive a few minutes early, you will be accommodated at the door without needing to change your ticket.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms on site.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Brick Fest Live events are wheelchair accessible, but we do not provide rentals. Please contact the venue directly to inquire about wheelchair or scooter rental availability.
Is there parking available?
There will be ample parking on-site.
Parking fees vary depending by venue. To find out if there is a charge please contact the venue directly. Please note that if the venue does charge for parking, this is separate from your admission ticket Brick Fest Live.
